Terms of Use & Single-Seat License

By purchasing or using any pack sold through shippedstack.com, Lemon Squeezy, or Gumroad, you agree to these terms. The same terms ship inside every pack as LICENSE; this page is the canonical online copy.

1. Grant of License

ShippedStack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the pack you purchased for a single seat (one human user) on any number of machines you personally control.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install the pack into your own projects, internal codebases, and repositories not intended for public distribution as competing products.
• Modify the pack contents for your internal use.
• Reference the pack publicly in articles, talks, or social media, provided no substantial portion of the pack content is reproduced verbatim.

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the pack — whole or in part — to any third party.
• Include the pack contents in a public repository (open-source or otherwise) without explicit written permission.
• Use the pack as the basis for a competing commercial product.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, license text, or attribution.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked, by using the refund button inside Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad (no email required). After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately is normally waived once download starts. We voluntarily extend a 30-day no-questions refund window above and beyond statutory requirements.

5. Updates

You receive free updates within the same major version (e.g. v1.0 → v1.x). Major version upgrades (e.g. v1 → v2) are a new purchase. We notify you of releases by email at most once per major release; you can unsubscribe at any time without losing download access.

6. No Warranty

The pack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShippedStack be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the pack or the use or other dealings in the pack.

This includes, without limitation, liability for:

• Data loss, file corruption, or accidental overwrite of buyer files.
• Build failures, deployment failures, or runtime errors in buyer projects integrating the pack.
• Dependency conflicts, version incompatibilities, or breakage caused by interaction with buyer's existing codebase or infrastructure.
• Security vulnerabilities introduced by integration with buyer code.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including EU consumer rights).

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach the prohibited use clause. On termination you must delete all copies of the pack. The refund window does not extend after termination.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are resolved in the competent court of Velletri (Rome district), Italy unless EU consumer law mandates otherwise.

ShippedStack is operated by NamiDev Studio, an independent technology studio based in Italy (Lazio region). The platform itself does not process payments: all sales are conducted by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record (EU VAT compliant) or by Gumroad. Invoices, refunds, and tax obligations toward end customers are handled by these processors. The full postal address of the seller is available on request at info@shippedstack.com for formal legal notices.

EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence (Brussels I-bis Regulation, Art. 18) and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Disclaimer — Trademarks

ShippedStack is an independent third party. Product names referenced in our packs (e.g. "Claude Code", "Anthropic", "OpenAI", "GitHub") are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names is descriptive (nominative fair use); no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship is implied or claimed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes are notified by email to active customers. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept the updated terms. The terms shipped inside an existing purchased pack remain valid for that purchase.
